HistoryHCL Technologies is one of the two businesses – both of them separately listed in India – falling under the corporate umbrella of HCL Enterprise with combined annual 2011 revenues of US$ 6 billion. HCL Enterprise was founded in 1976 and is one of India's original IT garage start ups.
